Its important to select the correct size of Buoyancy Aid to ensure that it offers the support that you require if/when you are in the water. However for it to work correctly it needs to fit snuggly otherwise the buoyancy/lift of the Buoyancy Aid wont be lifting the wearer it will simply float up! So when choosing your Buoyancy Aid size select for both weight and fit and if you are border line choose the fit first.
